Welcome to Vienna
The Town of Vienna, VA is one of my absolute favorite places to live. Embedded with rich history, active neighborhoods, and an exciting future, this mid-sized town has easy access to public transportation, highways, parks, trails, and culture. Living in Vienna VA offers something for the whole family.
The Town of Vienna was founded over 125 years ago and has maintained its foundational properties of community and history.
Vienna was first settled by Col. Charles Broadwater, a prominent fighter and leader for the American Revolution. He played a large role in rallying the local Virginia community in opposition of British rule and worked at times with George Washington to sign documents breaking British trade routes. His foundational actions set a precedent around him and inspired growth and change in his local sphere.
For the history buffs, there are over two dozen locations scattered around Vienna that have been designated as historic monuments and are worth the tour. As you drive around, you will see the beautiful housing architecture which is primarily made up of single-family homes in Craftsman, ranch, farmhouse, modern contemporary, and Dutch Colonial styles.
Additionally, the Town of Vienna offers an array of fun activities designed to engage the community and promote a vibrant social life. Upcoming events include holiday parades, seasonal farmers’ markets, and live concerts. To find an event that suits you, I encourage visiting the Concerts & Events page and the Town Calendar on the Town of Vienna’s website.
As you can see, the Town of Vienna is a storied community with a history of excellence. If you would like to learn more about living here, please contact me today and I would be happy to show you my town.
