Having overseen more than $300 million worth of real estate transactions in the last seven years, Mona Banes, a Senior Vice President at TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, is one of the top producing real estate agent in the area. Mona has been featured in Washingtonian Magazine’s “Best of Washington”, Arlington Magazine’s “Best of Arlington, and named a Real Producer’s “Top Agent” many times. In 2023, Mona was named as one of the DMV’s “40 under the age of 40” agents.

Armed with years of negotiation practice, vast local market knowledge, and refined analytical skills, Mona approaches every deal with the client’s best interests being her top priority.

Mona currently resides in McLean with her husband, Adam, a practicing attorney, and their children, Rayan and Elliana. When she is not working, Mona loves to cook and try new recipes from various cultures. One of her passions is entertaining her friends and family in her home. She is an avid runner and appreciates the world of interior decorating, which comes in handy when advising clients on renovations and decorating.
