About Brad Richards

Growing up in the suburbs of the nation’s capital, Brad has seen the change and growth the local DC market has experienced over the last several decades. He has a unique appreciation for the variety that Northern Virginia and the surrounding communities provide to their residents.

This deep knowledge of the local neighborhoods along with his steadfast commitment to providing impeccable service, allows him to provide an unparalleled level of assistance to both buyers and sellers.

Brad is licensed in Virginia and joined TTR Sotheby’s International Realty in the Spring of 2023 and works as a member of The Doug and Mona Group.

A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Brad previously spent more than a decade successfully working with customers in the enterprise technology space honing his negotiating skills, advising on how to maximize investments and implementing change across both private and public sector organizations. Brad has routinely earned the respect and trust from his stakeholders for his responsiveness and being a sounding board focusing on customer success.

Outside of work, you can likely find Brad at a baseball field or gym coaching youth baseball and recreation basketball. He has been awarded the ‘Double-Goal Coaching Award’ from the Falls Church Kiwanis Little League, recognizing Brad for excelling not only in preparing the next generation to perform at the highest level on the field, but teaching life lessons of teamwork, dedication and resilience. 

Brad resides in Falls Church with his wife and three boys.
