When we finally found the "one" house that we really liked, Mona walked us through every step of the negotiations and got us an amazing deal in a very competitive market. There’s a certain peacefulness that comes with knowing that you have someone who is looking out for your interests, checks in with you regularly, respond to your requests, and helps reassure you when you go off the path of your checklist. That’s why I was so happy that I selected Doug Richards as my real estate agent.
